About North Dakota DUI Defense Lawyer Alexander F. Reichert
Alex Reichert got his accounting degree from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. He then attended law school at the University of North Dakota. After graduation, he clerked for the U.S. District Court in Bismarck, North Dakota.
After departing a large regional law firm, Mr. Reichert opened his own law office dedicated to helping ordinary people fighting for justice in the North Dakota legal system. The Reichert Law Office works primarily in litigation with a large part of their work dedicated to DUI, drunk driving penalties and criminal defense training and litigation.
Mr. Reichert has gone to many DUI / DWI and drunk driving related seminars to study everything from Field Sobriety Testing to breath testing equipment to ever-changing North Dakota DUI laws.
In 2004, North Dakota DUI / DWI attorney Mr. Reichert has shown before the United States Supreme Court to argue a criminal case through an appointment by the U.S. District Court. This honor can be claimed by only a handful of lawyers in North Dakota.
