Biography of Roderick T. Frechette, II

Roderick T. Frechette, II is a founding member of the National College for DUI Defense. He is also certified by the Indiana University Center for Studies in Action on BAC tests in Highway Safety Programs; Supervision and expert Testimony. Mr. Frechette is certified in NHTSA DWI Detection and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing and is a certified D.O.T. instructor and key operator on the intoximeter AS4/RBT4. He has handled over 6,000 DWI cases in the past fifteen years as an MVD License Revocation Hearing Officer, special prosecutor, Municipal Judge alternate public defender, and private attorney. Mr. Frechette’s Court of Appeals victory in State vs. Lasworth successfully held the line on HGN inadmissibility and challenged the validity of field sobriety testing.
