MISSOURI DWI: SATOP (SUBSTANCE ABUSE TRAFFIC OFFENDERS PROGRAM) LEVEL ONE OFFENDER EDUCATION PROGRAM (OEP)

If you have to complete a
SATOP program after having received a Missouri DUI / DWI charge, and it is your first such offense, you will usually be required to attend a Level-One Offender Education Program with an approved Missouri
SATOP Offender Management Unit. This is a ten-hour course designed for "low risk" offenders where you have received a DUI / DWI, but is given where you are deemed a low risk to receive another offense.
The 10-Hour, Level-1
SATOP course consists of four sections tat are each 2 1/2 hours in length, either taken as four separate sessions or combined into two larger sections.

SATOP general information page, the costs associated with attend the SATOP, Level-1 Offender Education Program usually include a $120.00 initial screening fee with an approved
Offender Management Unit, and a $125.00 fee for the class.
