About Iowa OWI/DUI Defense Attorney Matthew Lindholm

Iowa OWI/DWI Defense Attorney Matthew Lindholm completed his undergraduate studies at Simpson College in Indianola Iowa majoring in criminal justice and received his law degree from Drake University Law School. Mr. Lindholm has focused his practice on defending the rights of citizens accused of all criminal acts from the most serious felonies to the traffic tickets. While in law school he excelled as a prosecuting intern and completed the advanced Criminal Defense Clinic.

Mr. Lindholm has tailored his criminal practice into a OWI/DWI defense firm by focusing his knowledge of the law and his competitive nature into each individual case. His persistence, dedicated work ethic, and knowledge of the law have resulted in countless victories for his OWI clients. Mr. Lindholm prides himself on his willingness to go the extra mile for each and every client in order to ensure the best possible defense.

Mr. Lindholm is currently admitted to practice in the State of Iowa, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Iowa. He is on the Board of Directors for the Iowa Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the National College for DUI Defense. In April of 2005, Mr. Lindholm completed the NHTSA certified course on the administration and interpretation of Standard Field Sobriety Testing.
