About Illinois DUI Defense Attorney, Steven H. Fagan, P.C.

Steven H. Fagan graduated with a B.A. from the University of Illinois in Urbana/Champaign, and attended Chicago-Kent College of Law for his Juris Doctor. His career began before even being admitted to the bar. Under a special certificate granted by the Illinois Supreme Court, he prosecuted for the village of Arlington Heights, Illinois.

Upon admission to the state bar, Mr. Fagan started in private practice, mainly in DUI defense in Chicago and the surrounding area. He has since defended over one thousand clients in DUI cases in more than fifteen courthouses all over the greater Chicago area and throughout Illinois.
