A Word About Fees
Except in unusual circumstances, Russell Wright does
not charge hourly rates for the defense of DUI cases. The facts
of each case are unique, and the legal time which must be devoted
to a particular case will vary. Each case is evaluated on its individual
facts and a determination is made as to the legal time and expense
necessary to maximize the possibility of a successful defense. More
complex DUI cases may also benefit by the hiring of experts to testify
on breath or blood testing, pharmacology, accident reconstruction,
or other areas common to DUI defense. The entire cost associated
with your defense will be thoroughly discussed at our first meeting.
Until we both agree in writing
for you to retain our firm, you don't owe us a penny.
We also understand that you probably did not "budget"
for being arrested and having to defend your case; this is an expense
that you were not planning on. Therefore we accept credit cards
for your convenience.
