Our Fees

Mr. Kunes has 32 years experience in defending persons charged with crimes. The fees vary based upon the location of the court in which the case is pending, and the nature of the charges. Our office accepts Mastercard and Visa credit cards as well as cash payments. Generally, all fees are due at the beginning of representation, but sometimes representation can begin with a down payment and the balance being paid prior to the conclusion of the case. All clients receive a free interview and/or phone consultation prior to incurring any charges.
