Minor Traffic Offenses

Generally Mr. Hinman limits his practice to DUI and serious traffic offenses. However, sometimes a mere “ticket” can be serious. For example, if you are under 21, and you are convicted of speeding 24 mph over or more, your license will be revoked for 6 months. If you are under 18, a second traffic ticket of any kind may cause you to lose your license. Commercial driver’s licenses may be suspended for certain offenses which would have no effect on a regular license.

If Mr. Hinman accepts your case regarding a minor traffic offense, please note that the fee will probably be higher than you had in mind.
