Biography of Ralph M. Hinman

Ralph M. Hinman was an invited speaker at the Lorman Business Services statewide DUI Law Program March 11, 2005, Cobb Galleria Center, Marietta, GA. Ralph Hinman also spoke at Statewide DUI Seminar 12-09-05.

Mr. Hinman has been a practicing criminal defense attorney in North Georgia since 1987. He has represented thousands of people charged with criminal offenses.

Prior to entering private practice, his background included several years as an Assistant District Attorney, Assistant Attorney General, and Legal Counsel to the State Senate Committee on Banking and Finance.

His practice is now primarily devoted to the defense of DUI and serious traffic offenses. He also handles driver’s license issues such as suspensions and revocations.

Mr. Hinman is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, The Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, and The American Trial Lawyers Association. He is a graduate of The National College for DUI Defense. He is NHTSA certified in the administration of field sobriety tests, and he is certified on the Intoxilyzer 5000 breath testing machine.
