Born and raised in Jacksonville Florida, Garry received his undergraduate degree from Park University and his law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law. During his distinguished career in the U.S. Marine Corps, Garry received numerous awards including the Meritorious Service Medal, Navy Commendation Medal and two Navy/ Marine Corps Achievement Medals.
