Over the past sixteen years, Attorney
Scott E. Chambers has earned a reputation as a zealous advocate
for his clients and he has successfully defended individuals
accused of driving under the influence and other criminal and
traffic charges for over the past sixteen years. Although he
is admitted to the practice of law in Delaware, Maryland and
Washington, D.C., in order to ensure the best defense for his
clients, Mr. Chambers' driving under the influence practice
is limited to the cases in the State of Delaware.
He is a Director in the law firm of Schmittinger and Rodriguez,
P.A. which has offices in all three of Delaware's counties.
Although Mr. Chambers' main office is in Dover, Delaware, he
travels throughout the State to represent clients charged with
driving under the influence.
Mr. Chambers received his law degree from the
Delaware Law School of Widener University, Cum Laude. He holds
a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Delaware
and a Master in Strategic Studies from the United State Army
War College. He is a member of the National College of Drunk
Driving Defense as well as the Delaware, District of Columbia
and Maryland Bar Associations. He is an active member of the
Delaware Trial Lawyers Association, Delaware Criminal Defense
Lawyers Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of
America and National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
